GR. Sarantis S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, following a decision made at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On November 26, 2024, the company purchased 5,414 shares at an average price of 10.77 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 58,318.30 euros.

With this transaction completed, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,849,000 own shares. This figure represents approximately 4.26% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement aligns with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and adheres to Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
