Sarantis acquires additional shares under shareholder meeting resolution

GR. Sarantis S.A. has reported the acquisition of 4,175 of its own shares on October 16, 2024. This transaction was conducted in line with the resolution from the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The shares were purchased at an average price of 11.04 euros each, totaling a value of 46,097.82 euros.

Following this acquisition, GR. Sarantis S.A. now holds a total of 2,696,206 of its own shares. This represents approximately 4.03% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The company stated that this announcement is made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018, Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council, and the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
