GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares, following a decision made at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On December 4, 2024, the company purchased 4,950 shares at an average price of 10.66 euros each, totaling 52,791 euros.

With this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now possesses a total of 2,883,648 own shares. This represents approximately 4.31% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and relevant European regulations including Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
