GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced a recent acquisition of its own shares, as part of the decision made at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On January 8, 2025, the company purchased 4,500 of its own shares at an average price of 10.88 euros each, amounting to a total value of 48,955.74 euros.

After this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,961,689 own shares. This represents approximately 4.43% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement follows compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and aligns with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council, along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
