GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of its own shares as part of a resolution passed during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On November 6, 2024, the company purchased 4,822 shares at an average price of 10.95 euros per share, totaling a value of 52,822.56 euros.

As a result of this transaction, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,753,178 own shares. This amount represents approximately 4.12% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement complies with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and follows Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
