GR. SARANTIS S.A. has announced the acquisition of 1,000 of its own shares. This move follows a resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The purchase took place on January 10, 2025, with each share bought at an average price of 10.89 euros, totaling 10,890 euros.

With this recent transaction, the company now holds a total of 2,963,315 shares in its possession. This amount represents approximately 4.43% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and relevant European Union regulations including Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
