GR. Sarantis S.A. has made a recent acquisition of its own shares as part of a strategy approved by the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. On October 2, 2024, the company purchased 13,700 shares at an average price of 10.77 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 147,576.32 euros.

This transaction increases the company’s holdings to 2,624,511 own shares. These shares now account for approximately 3.93% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The announcement follows compliance with article 49 of L.4548/2018 and aligns with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
