GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the acquisition of 3,500 of its own shares, following a resolution passed at the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The purchase took place on November 8, 2024, at an average price of 10.95 euros per share, amounting to a total expenditure of 38,312.00 euros.
With this transaction, the company now holds a total of 2,758,658 shares in treasury. This represents approximately 4.13% of the company’s total outstanding shares.
The announcement was made in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and relevant European Union regulations including Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
