GR. SARANTIS S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of 2,000 of its own shares on October 22, 2024. This action is in line with a resolution from the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting held on April 23, 2024. The shares were purchased at an average price of 10.97 euros each, amounting to a total expenditure of 21,930 euros.

Post-acquisition, GR. SARANTIS S.A. now holds a total of 2,703,206 own shares. These represent approximately 4.04% of the company’s total outstanding shares.

The company made this announcement in compliance with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and other relevant European regulations.
