GR. Sarantis S.A. has announced the acquisition of 4,200 of its own shares as part of a decision made during the Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting on April 23, 2024. The transaction was completed on November 4, 2024, with an average share price of 11 euros and a total expenditure of 46,200 euros.

The company now possesses a total of 2,741,556 shares in its treasury, which represents approximately 4.10% of its total outstanding shares.

This action aligns with article 49 of L. 4548/2018 and complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 by the European Parliament and the Council along with the European Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
