Trading commenced today for Reisswolf Bulgaria on the BEAM market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). The company has listed its entire capital, amounting to BGN 8.4 million. Previously, in 2022, Reisswolf Bulgaria had listed a bond issue worth nearly EUR 1.2 million on the regulated market of BSE.

Reisswolf Bulgaria has been operating as an exclusive franchisee of REISSWOLF International AG for 14 years, providing data, media, and document storage and management services across Europe. The company is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, and operates in over 40 countries through franchise partners.

The company’s management is considering future follow-on public offerings (FPOs) to secure funds for expanding operations and investing in equipment and infrastructure.

During today’s ring-the-bell ceremony at the Stock Exchange, Vasil Golemanski, Deputy Chairman of the BSE Board of Directors and Executive Director of the Central Depository, welcomed Reisswolf Bulgaria. “We are wishing you much success and hoping to welcome you soon to the larger regulated market of BSE after a future successful capital increase,” he stated.

Ivaylo Yordanov, executive director of Reisswolf Bulgaria, commented on their listing: “The BEAM growth market established itself as a necessary part of the capital market for similar smaller companies having the enthusiasm and need for even faster growth and development. This is one more opportunity for us, and we hope to live up to the investors’ expectations.”
