Quest Holdings S.A. has announced the purchase of its own shares. The transaction took place on September 30, 2024, in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and Regulation no.2273/2003 of the Commission of the European Communities. This action was authorized by the Regular General Assembly of Shareholders on June 13, 2024, and further approved by the Board of Directors on June 14, 2024.

The company acquired a total of 3,000 shares at an average price of €5.18 per share through Eurobank Equities, a member of the Athens Stock Exchange (A.S.E.). The total value of this transaction amounted to €15,538.22.

As a result of this purchase, Quest Holdings S.A. now holds a total of 1,346,812 own shares, which represents approximately 1.2561% of its total outstanding shares.
