Postbank recently won an award for quality during a business awards event by the Confederation of the Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIBG).

The award was granted based on Postbank’s products, modern service channels and web-based services, plus sustainable benefits. Two years ago, Postbank also won an award for innovations for its customer-centric approach to banking, according to a company press release.

The CEIBG awards are designed to inspire innovation among Bulgarian businesses.

“It is important for us to support the citizens and the companies, their plans for development and their future, in the best possible way,” Petia Dimitrova, CEO and chairperson of the management board, said in the release. “We have been focused on creating good products and offering excellent service for over 25 years. At Postbank we strive to make our well-working model and good service practices even better because the true success for us is, in fact, our customers’ success.”

The awards ceremony was also a charity event designed to help develop “Economy Academy,” which offers paid internship opportunities at CEIBG companies.
