TERNA ENERGY S.A. has announced that the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection will not initiate control proceedings regarding a recent acquisition. The decision relates to Masdar Hellas Single-Member Société Anonyme’s indirect acquisition of control over TERNA ENERGY’s subsidiaries based in Poland.

The company had previously informed investors about this development through announcements on June 20, 2024, and October 10, 2024. The Polish authority raised no objections to the transaction.
