Further to announcements made on June 20, 2024, and October 10, 2024, GEK TERNA S.A. has informed investors about a decision from the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection. The office decided not to initiate control proceedings and did not raise any objections regarding the indirect acquisition of control by Masdar Hellas Single-Member Société Anonyme over subsidiaries of TERNA ENERGY S.A., which are based in Poland.

The decision marks a significant step for Masdar Hellas in its business dealings within Poland.
