Perhart Tec Grup secures $25 million loan

Perhart Tec Grup, the largest tissue paper manufacturer in Romania, has been granted a revolving loan worth $25.3 million.

The banking syndicate that consists of Banca Comerciala Romana, EximBank and Banca Transilvania set up the loan package to help partially refinance Pehart’s existing loans and provide working capital. The loan matures in three years with an option to extend it for another two years.

Perhart Tec Grup has production plants in Dej and Sebes and manufactures 100,000 tons of tissue paper each year. The company’s products are sold throughout Romania and other nearby countries.
