According to information provided to the company on November 4, 2024, Norges Bank acquired ordinary, registered voting shares on October 29, 2024. This acquisition led to Norges Bank’s holdings exceeding the 5% threshold of total voting rights within the company. Specifically, their holdings now amount to 1,250,932 voting rights, which is equivalent to 5.08% of the total voting rights out of a total of 24,586,446 common registered voting shares.
