Montenegro bank, mortgage bank officials talk stability

Radoje Zugic, the governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro, met recently with Miljan Todorovic, the owner of Mortgage Bank AD Podgorica, to discuss the need for banking stability as well as trends in the banking system.

Zugic said he appreciates the willingness of various bank leaders to meet regularly to share views about the future of the banking system in general.

Todorovic noted that Central Bank supervises and regulates the system in a professional manner and said that Mortgage Bank is committed to stabilizing and adding security to the banking system. Zugic said that Mortgage Bank plays an important role in the economy and helps provide security.
