METKA S.A. signs contract for power plant project in Ghana

METKA S.A. has signed a contract with Early Power Limited (EPL) to build a new power plant in Ghana, according to a press release from Mytilineos Group.

Bridge Power Project Stage 1 will be completed by METKA’s subsidiary, Power Projects Limited. It includes five General Electric gas turbines and five once-through steam generators, plus one custom steam turbine.

Bridge Power will add much-needed generating capacity for Ghana.

The contract is worth $363 million and is METKA’s third in Ghana.

METKA is part of the Mytilineos Group, and is an industrial manufacturing company that works globally, specifically working on  Engineering, Procurement andConstruction (EPC) projects related to energy and infrastructure.
