LNG terminal in Omišalj reaches new operational milestone

Omišalj, May 15, 2025 – The LNG terminal in Omišalj has reached a significant milestone after four years, five months, and fifteen days of operation. During this period, the terminal has successfully sent 10 billion cubic meters (bcm) into the national transmission grid.

In addition to this achievement, the terminal has handled 119 LNG carriers and discharged LNG into 530 trucks for distribution purposes. This marks an important step forward in the facility’s operations.

The terminal continues to move forward with its operations as it contributes to the energy infrastructure.
