Krka receives top investor award for employee learning and development

Krka has received the TOP investor in learning and development Certificate for the fourth year in a row, recognizing its efforts to support employee education and development. The company states that it has been among the leading organizations in this area, surpassing both Slovenian and European averages as well as other certificate holders.

According to Krka, employees at the company average 43.8 hours of training per year. This figure is higher than the average of 12.61 hours per employee in Slovenia, 12.53 hours in Europe, and 30.21 hours among other companies holding the certificate.

In addition to this recognition, Krka was also awarded the Best Educational Motto 2025 award for its slogan: “The company’s strength comes from its people, people’s strength comes from knowledge.” The motto was chosen as the best among all certificate recipients.

A spokesperson for Krka stated: “At Krka, we will continue to invest in knowledge because we believe it is the foundation for growth, innovation, and long-term competitiveness.”
