Krka has been recognized with the Best Investor Relations Award for the sixth time by the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The award was presented during an investor conference organized by both the Ljubljana and Zagreb Stock Exchanges at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Ljubljana on November 27, 2025.

David Bratož, Member of the Management Board, accepted the award and stated: “We are greatly honoured to have received the Best Investor Relations Award from the Ljubljana Stock Exchange for several consecutive years. We are delighted to witness a surge of optimism on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and a significant increase in share trading liquidity this year. We believe they reflect joint efforts of all listed companies and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange to present attractive investment opportunities of the Slovenian capital market to investors. The award confirms that our commitment to maintaining close and transparent relationships with investors and analysts is recognised. We would like to thank the Ljubljana Stock Exchange for fostering healthy competition among issuers and promoting best practices and the development of investor relations in the Slovenian capital market through this award category.”

Krka’s shares have consistently been among those most actively traded on the exchange. In 2025, trading volume more than doubled compared to previous years. This rise in activity increases Krka’s responsibilities towards its current base of over 47,500 shareholders as well as potential future investors. Many individuals reportedly enter Slovenia’s capital market for the first time through investments in Krka shares.
