At Krka, leadership development is approached through structured training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. The company’s International Leadership School provides a comprehensive program aimed at fostering strategic thinking, effective communication, essential leadership skills, and a coaching mindset.
This year marked the completion of the program by the 21st generation of Krka employees, representing 16 countries. Over the last two decades, a total of 462 colleagues have earned their certificates.
