KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares in line with a resolution from its Shareholders’ Meeting on July 2, 2024. On November 6, 2024, the company purchased 1,250 shares through the Athens Exchange at an average price of €13.99 per share, amounting to a total value of €17,487.50.

The transaction was executed by NBG Securities S.A., which is a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this purchase, KRIKRI S.A. now holds a total of 66,277 own shares, representing 0.200% of its total issued shares.

This announcement complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
