KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has announced the acquisition of 500 of its own shares, executed through the Athens Exchange on November 8, 2024. This action follows a resolution from the company’s Shareholders’ Meeting held on July 2, 2024. The shares were purchased at an average price of €14.00 each, amounting to a total value of €7,000.

The transaction was facilitated by NBG Securities S.A., which is a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this purchase, KRIKRI S.A. now holds a total of 68,777 own shares, representing approximately 0.208% of the company’s total issued shares.

This announcement complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
