KRIKRI Milk Industry S.A. has announced the acquisition of 2,368 of its own shares through the Athens Exchange on February 24, 2025. This transaction was executed following a resolution from the company’s Shareholders’ Meeting dated July 2, 2024. The shares were purchased at an average price of €16.3524 each, amounting to a total value of €38,722.50.

The purchases were facilitated by NBG Securities S.A., a member of the Athens Exchange. Following this transaction, KRIKRI SA now holds a total of 91,448 own shares, representing 0.277% of the total number of shares issued by the company.

This announcement complies with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
