KRI-KRI Milk Industry has announced a transaction involving one of its key personnel. In compliance with Article 21 of Law 3556/2007 and Article 19 of the EU Regulations No 596/2014, the company disclosed that Mr. Kartsanis Ioannis, who is identified as a Liable Person under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005, executed a sale of shares.

On October 25, 2024, Mr. Ioannis, serving as the Commercial Director for KRI-KRI Milk Industry, sold a total of 2,000 ordinary shares. The shares were sold at a price of €13.90 each.

This announcement is part of KRI-KRI’s commitment to transparency and adherence to regulatory requirements regarding transactions by individuals in significant roles within the company.
