European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker recently spoke
to German radio station Deutschlandfunk about the beleaguered Greek bailout
program, criticizing the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

“Yes, it’s on a shaky ground, in the sense that we
don’t see how the International Monetary Fund could manage this problem,” Juncker said. “No country has managed (to implement) bigger steps to improve
competitiveness than Greece.”

Juncker cited IMF indecisiveness as a factor that could lead
to the second review of the program collapsing.
