JUMBO S.A., a company based in Athens, Greece, announced the purchase of its own shares on December 4, 2024. The transaction was conducted under article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and followed decisions made at an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and by the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

On December 3, 2024, JUMBO S.A. acquired 11,514 of its own shares at an average price of EUR 24.9040 per share. The total value of this purchase amounted to EUR 286,745.22.

As a result of this acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 622,594 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.46% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
