JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has announced the purchase of 23,000 of its own shares. The acquisition took place on January 13, 2025, with each share bought at an average price of EUR 25.5494, totaling EUR 587,635.26.

This transaction follows the guidelines set by article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and was authorized by decisions made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

After this recent purchase, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,159,475 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.85% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 regarding market abuse regulations within the European Union.
