JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg as BELA GA and Reuters as BABr.AT, has announced the purchase of its own shares. This transaction took place on January 9, 2025, in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018. The decision to proceed with this purchase was made during an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and subsequently by the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

The company acquired a total of 33,113 shares at an average price of EUR 25.6711 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 850,047.92.

Following this acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,103,475 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.81% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, along with the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
