JUMBO S.A., a prominent company listed on Bloomberg, Reuters, and ISIN, has made an announcement regarding the acquisition of its own shares. The purchase was carried out under article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and follows decisions made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

On January 29, 2025, JUMBO S.A. purchased a total of 25,000 shares at an average price of EUR 25.7195 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 642,988.24.

With this latest acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,555,480 treasury shares. This represents approximately 1.14% of the company’s total issued shares.

The company emphasized that this action is in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
