JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg under the ticker BELA GA and Reuters as BABr.AT, has announced the acquisition of 30,000 of its own shares. The purchase was made in compliance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following decisions from both an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

The shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 25.6522 each, amounting to a total value of EUR 769,565.66. With this transaction completed on January 21, 2025, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,347,580 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.99% of the company’s total issued shares.

This move aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
