JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg under the ticker BELA GA and on Reuters as BABr.AT, has announced the purchase of 53,439 of its own shares. This transaction took place on February 3, 2025, at an average price of EUR 25.6358 per share, amounting to a total value of EUR 1,369,949.02.

The decision to buy back shares follows the resolution made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and subsequently by the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024. With this acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,608,919 treasury shares which represent approximately 1.18% of its total issued shares.

This move aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and complies with EU regulations including Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2016/1052.
