JUMBO S.A., a company based in Athens, Greece, has announced the purchase of its own shares. The transaction took place on December 16, 2024, following decisions made by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024. The company acquired 43,500 shares at an average price of EUR 25.9968 per share, totaling EUR 1,130,861.60.

With this purchase completed, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 725,566 treasury shares. This amount represents approximately 0.53% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council from April 16, 2014, as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
