Jumbo S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares. The purchase was conducted in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following resolutions made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.
On November 22, 2024, Jumbo S.A. acquired a total of 14,806 shares at an average price of EUR 24.3862 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 361,062.24.
After this transaction, Jumbo S.A. holds a total of 483,663 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.36% of the company’s total issued shares.
The announcement aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
