JUMBO S.A. has disclosed a recent acquisition of its own shares, aligning with the company’s strategic decisions made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors’ meeting on September 30, 2024. The company purchased 42,000 shares at an average price of EUR 25.1732 each on January 20, 2025. This transaction amounted to a total value of EUR 1,057,273.66.

With this latest purchase, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,317,580 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.97% of the total number of issued shares for the company.

The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
