JUMBO S.A., a company based in Athens, Greece, has announced the purchase of 4,000 of its own shares. This transaction took place on November 26, 2024, and was conducted at an average price of EUR 24.7948 per share, amounting to a total value of EUR 99,179.12.

The acquisition was made in accordance with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and followed decisions from both the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

With this latest purchase, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 519,663 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.38% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
