The purchase aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following decisions made by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

On November 27, 2024, JUMBO S.A. acquired 34,917 shares at an average price of EUR 24.8136 per share. The total value of this transaction was EUR 866,415.32. As a result of this acquisition, the company now holds a total of 554,580 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.41% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
