JUMBO S.A. acquires additional treasury shares valued at over EUR 860K

JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg, Reuters, and ISIN, has announced the acquisition of its own shares. The purchase was conducted in line with article 49 of Law 4548/2018 and based on decisions made during the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

On November 29, 2024, JUMBO S.A. acquired 35,000 shares at an average price of EUR 24.6681 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 863,384.94.

With this latest acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 611,080 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.45% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement aligns with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, as well as Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
