JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has announced the purchase of 33,000 of its own shares. This transaction was completed on January 10, 2025, at an average price of EUR 25.6834 per share, amounting to a total value of EUR 847,553.06.

The decision to repurchase shares follows the approval from the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held on September 26, 2024, and the Board of Directors’ decision dated September 30, 2024. The company now holds a total of 1,136,475 treasury shares, representing approximately 0.84% of its issued shares.

This move is in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
