JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg as BELA GA and Reuters as BABr.AT, has announced the purchase of its own shares. This action aligns with article 49 of Law 4548/2018, following decisions made at an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and by the Board of Directors on September 30, 2024.

On January 16, 2025, JUMBO S.A. acquired 38,000 shares at an average price of EUR 25.1847 per share. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 957,020.00.

With this acquisition, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,260,580 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.93% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 from the European Parliament and Council dated April 16, 2014, along with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 from March 8, 2016.
