JUMBO S.A., a company listed on Bloomberg and Reuters, has disclosed the acquisition of its own shares. The purchase was executed under article 49 of Law 4548/2018 following resolutions made at an Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting on September 26, 2024, and a Board of Directors meeting on September 30, 2024.

On January 15, 2025, JUMBO S.A. acquired 28,105 shares at an average price of EUR 25.1541 each. The total value of this transaction amounted to EUR 706,954.70.

As a result of this transaction, JUMBO S.A. now holds a total of 1,222,580 treasury shares. This represents approximately 0.90% of the company’s total issued shares.

The announcement complies with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 regarding market practices.
