JUMBO S.A. has announced new appointments to its executive team, naming Ms. Anastasia Zante as Chief Operational Officer (COO) and Mr. Polys Polycarpou as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 596/2014/EU and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation.

Ms. Zante joined JUMBO S.A. in 2021, initially working in the merchandising division. She graduated with honors from the Department of Accounting and Finance at the Athens University of Economics and Business. During her time with the company, she has focused on enhancing operational efficiency and creating value for shareholders.

Mr. Polycarpou has been an Executive Member of the Board of Directors since 2022 and has played a significant role in developing the company’s strategy. With two decades of experience in financial and business analysis, he holds a Master’s degree in International Finance and Investment Banking from ICMA.

Both executives are expected to contribute significantly to JUMBO S.A.’s future growth and success through their respective roles.
