Intrasoft International and Planet S.A. have teamed up to form a new joint venture offering management-consulting services throughout Europe.
The new firm, Valeu Consulting, has been set up in Belgium to leverage Intrasoft’s credentials and Planet’s consulting portfolio.
Valeu serves all markets and offers strategic and policy studies, evaluations, assessments and support.
Both Planet and Intrasoft will offer support to Valeu’s management team and provide resources to ensure the company’s success across borders.
