Industrial Holding Bulgaria shareholders to hold meeting

Industrial Holding Bulgaria Plc. will hold its annual shareholders meeting June 29.

The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held at 16-20 Alabin Street in Sofia, in the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce building’s first-floor conference room, according to a press release from the company.

At the meeting, a number of issues will be discussed, accepted or decided upon. Some of the items on the agenda include accepting last year’s activity report for the company, accepting the auditor’s report and financial statements for last year, and deciding upon allocating last year’s earnings. They will also release supervisory and management board members from liabilities from last year’s activities.
