Impulse Growth, an equity investment company, has successfully launched the first issue of warrants on the BEAM SME Growth Market. This marks a significant development for the Bulgarian Stock Exchange as it now provides investors with access to shares, bonds, and warrants.

The newly issued warrants present an additional avenue for investors on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange to develop their investment strategies and enhance planning capabilities. Through this issuance, Impulse Growth aims to raise nearly BGN 4.5 million in capital by May 2025, which will be allocated towards further investments.

Impulse Growth currently holds shares in several companies listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, including Bianor Holding, Telematic Interactive Bulgaria, Smart Organic, and Shelly Group.

During a ceremony at the Exchange marking the start of trading for this warrant issue, Assoc. Prof. Manyu Moravenov, executive director of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, praised Impulse Growth’s innovation: “The BEAM Market is now on another level, expanding opportunities for investors. Your company is undoubtedly one of the driving forces of the capital market, and we wish you success!”

Nikolay Martinov, founder of Impulse Growth, expressed gratitude: “We thank the entire team of the Exchange and the investment intermediaries for their support. We have created a different and innovative product which we hope will increase market liquidity because we believe that the Bulgarian Stock Exchange should be a place for diverse trading.”
