Hotel investor to take over management of Capsis Hotel

An investor will take over management of Capsis Hotel in Thessaloniki, Eurobank said.

Additional financial details about the $31.9 millionĀ are expected to be finalized before Easter or within the first quarter this year.

Nick Koutras, a Greek hotelier, is most likely the buyer. Koutras owns two key resort-hotel properties on the island Kos.

During the bidding process, 26 bidders showed interest in the Capsis Hotel, with five bidders advancing to a final round of bids
