HFSF does not exercise warrants on Piraeus shares

Piraeus Bank S.A. recently released the final results of the
seventh exercise of the titles representing share ownership rights, or
warrants, in which no warrant on shares issued by the bank and owned by the
Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) were exercised.

 

This means that the number of warrants issued and currently
outstanding remains at 843,637,002. This corresponds to the HFSF’s ownership of
0.43 percent, or 37,759,281, of Piraeus Bank shares with warrants attached. The
HFSF also holds 2,269,749,019 common shares in the bank, amounting to 25.99
percent, while private investors own 73.58 percent of the bank’s common shares.
