The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) has announced an offering of existing common, registered, dematerialised shares with voting rights. These shares are listed on the Regulated Market of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX). Each share has a nominal value of €1.00 and is part of the share capital of National Bank of Greece S.A. (NBG).

This announcement is aimed at investors interested in acquiring these shares through the regulated market.
